What is Cañasrita?
Cañasrita is our bold take on a refreshing cocktail that combines local ingredients with an international twist. Its flavor is an intriguing mix of sweet, sour, and spicy, making you feel the warmth of paradise in every sip.
Ingredients of Cañasrita
2 oz tequila
1 oz fresh tamarind pulp
0.5 oz sriracha (adjust based on your spiciness tolerance)
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz agave syrup
Ice to taste
Prepare the glass: In a short glass or goblet, place ice to taste to chill the drink well. Mix the ingredients: add the tequila, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, agave syrup and sriracha. Shake well so that all the ingredients merge and chill. Pour and decorate: Strain the mixture into your glass with ice and, if desired, decorate with a slice of lemon. Enjoy: Ready!
