The Semper Tecum experience at Alaya is fully curated to allow participants to disconnect from daily demands and fully enter into the relationship. The experience includes thoughtfully designed activities and adventures, accommodations, nourishing meals, facilitated sessions, guided reflection and integration practices, and access to the natural and restorative environment of Alaya.
All logistics, space coordination, and on-site support are intentionally held so participants can feel safe, grounded, and present—allowing the relational, personal, and transformational work to unfold without distraction.
Participants complete guided preparation sessions designed to build emotional readiness, shared language, and clarity before arriving in Panama.
Days move through physical challenge, structured dialogue, ritual, silence, and reflection — all held by experienced facilitators in nature.
The relationship does not end when the journey does. Fathers and sons leave with tools, agreements, and continued support for integration and growth.
This arc ensures the transformation is earned, grounded, and lasting.
