I graduated from the University of Miami\nSchool of Law in Spring 2019 and worked as a corporate attorney at one of the world’s top\nlaw firms. \nMerely two years into practicing law I realized I was not feeling fulfilled with what I was\noffering to the world. The reason why I decided to leave the corporate world and pursue\nmy true passion – sharing the power of the yoga practice and a wellness based lifestyle. \nFor the past three years I’ve dedicated my life and soul to building an incredible\ncommunity of people who are looking to deepen their connection to themselves and find\nstillness in the midst of their everyday life. I’ve offered classes\, events\, workshops\, but this\npast year I felt the calling to offer you all deeper and unique experiences. And Adsana\nRetreats came to life! \nWithout a doubt\, this second retreat will be a transformative weekend where you’ll be\nable to disconnect from the external world and travel inwards to meet your truest self. \nThe yoga practice has transformed my life in ways that are very difficult to put into words.\nIf you’ve followed my journey you know that yoga for me goes far beyond the physical\npractice\, and this is exactly what Adsana Retreats are all about\, a deeper immersion within\nto feel\, connect\, and heal. \n \nenergy exchange \nALL PACKAGES INCLUDE \n\nRoundtrip private charter flight from Panama City to Pedasí (ground transportation from designated\nlocation to domestic airport in Panama City and from Pedasí airport to Alaya will be provided both ways)\n4 night\, 5 day accommodation at Alaya Panamá\nWelcome drink\nDaily breakfast\, lunch\, and dinner (including arrival day dinner/departure day breakfast)\nDaily housekeeping refreshes\nDaily yoga & meditation (mats + props provided)\nAll retreat offerings (workshops\, breathwork\, ecstatic dance\, cacao ceremony\, sound healing\, etc.)\nDaily beach transport\nGoodie bag\n\nPRICING\ninvest in yourself \nTriple Occupancy……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. $2\,500 per person\n(shared room with exterior bathroom – 3 queen beds – random assignment) \nDouble Occupancy………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… $2\,900 per person\n(shared room with indoor bathroom – 2 king beds – random assignment) \nPrivate Shared Room (couples or close friends)…………………………………………………………… $6\,200 for two people\n(shared room with shared or separate king beds\, indoor bathroom & private outdoor plunge pool or jacuzzi) \nPrivate Room (solo occupancy)…………………………………………………………………………………………….. $3\,300 per person\n(private room with king bed\, indoor bathroom & private outdoor jacuzzi) \n*Payment plan options available until December 1\, 2024* \n*To secure your spot a non-refundable deposit of $700 per person is required* \nCANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY \nIf participant cancels more than 90 days before the retreat start date\, 100% of the amount\npaid to date is refunded minus the non-refundable deposit. \nIf participant cancels 90 days before the retreat start date\, 50% of the amount paid to date is\nrefunded minus the non-refundable deposit. \nIf participant cancels 60-89 days before the retreat start date\, 25% of the amount paid to date\nis refunded minus the non-refundable deposit. \nWithin 59 days of the retreat start date NO refunds are given. \nWhile we empathize with unexpected emergencies that may arise\, we must uphold the policy regarding refunds\nand exceptions will not be made regardless of personal emergencies\, injury or illness\, or any other circumstance. \nIMPORTANT LOGISTICS INFORMATION \nIf you are traveling to Panama for the retreat\, we HIGHLY recommend you arrive at Panama City on\nApril 10th (the day before the retreat start date) and spend a night there before heading to Alaya. \nThe private charter flight from Panama City to Pedasi (included in your retreat package) will leave\nFriday\, April 11th in the morning (exact time TBD) from Albrook’s domestic airport in Panama City to\nPedasi’s domestic airport. We DO NOT take responsibility if participant does not make it to this\nflight on time for any reason out of our control. In the unfortunate event that the participant\nmisses this flight\, Alaya could assist in coordinating alternate transportation\, but the participant\nwill be fully responsible for the additional cost incurred. \nThere will be a designated pick up point in Casco Viejo\, Panama City\, where retreat participants will\nbe picked up on Friday\, April 11th in the morning to be transported to Albrook airport. \n*If you have any questions please contact me at adsanayoga@gmail.com*
