We DO NOT take responsibility if participant does not make it to this\nflight on time for any reason out of our control. My name is Viviana\, founder of Sana Yoga. Growing up in a latinx environment I quickly learned the importance of holding space for others and yourself. I always prided myself in bringing all of me into every room which allowed me to tap into a freeing version of myself. My ‘’spice’’ includes many things like being a mom of 2\, my Chilean roots\, a lover of music\, the way I incorporate Spanglish into teaching\, and the space I cultivate as an instructor. \nAs a wife\, mom\, friend\, and human being\, I know that sometimes life gets in the way and it can become hard to find time for yourself- so we let go. As time goes on\, we don’t even realize how we start to become more and more introverted and less active- which then leads us to feeling nervous when trying new things. \nHowever\, it is IMPORTANT to note that Yoga doesn’t have to be so serious and it isn’t a competition with others. You can come as you are and leave with something greater each time you step onto your mat. It is a beautiful\, healing practice that allows us to release trauma and shift past obstacles to be able to embrace the present fully. \nWithin my classes and the classes offered at SANA\, we aim to teach our bodies to unblock the pain and release what we have been holding onto whether it be physically or emotionally. SANA Yoga was created to help peel away the layers that inhibit us and help ignite that fire within each person that already exists.
