Join us in the Panamanian jungle from February 9th to February 15th of 2025 for a journey through somatic awareness and body literacy. A week long retreat to center self and surrender. Venture beyond the retreat grounds to Canas Beach, where the azure waves beckon adventurers of all kinds. Rent a boogie board or surfboard, or perhaps indulge in a lesson with the skilled instructors from local surf shops. For those seeking thrills of a different kind, zip lining, paddle-boarding, and horseback riding await – sign up and let the exhilaration of new experiences fuel your journey. This retreat will take place in the beautiful Alaya Panama Retreat Center & Resort, located at Via IslaCañas, Provincia de Los Santos, Panama. At the retreat we will have daily activities that include mini workshop sessions geared towards self treatment which includes daily tuning fork treatments, movements sequences, and stretching routines with tools/aides.
